As a Graphic Designer with Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities at Addeira, you'll become a central part of the marketing team, working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager. The role combines creative design with strategic and operational work, giving you the opportunity to develop visual materials and contribute to campaign and activity implementation. In this role, you will work with both marketing coordination and graphic production. The distribution may vary over time, with periods focused more on design and production, and sometimes more on planning, follow-up, and coordination of marketing activities. You'll create visual content and design materials that strengthen Addeira's brand while contributing to marketing effort planning and coordination. Example tasks: • Create and produce visual material for print, digital channels, and social media, including brochures, advertisements, infographics, product images, and simple motion graphics. • Develop visual concepts and ensure all communication follows Addeira's graphic profile and tone. • Work on creative projects from idea to finished material, including illustrations and visual presentations. • Responsible for artwork and product-related design such as packaging, labels, and product materials, in close collaboration with quality and product development. • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on marketing activities and campaigns together with the marketing team. • Publish and manage content on website and social media. • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure material quality and delivery. The position is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting will manage the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Addeira. The position is full-time with location at the office in Kungsholmen. Start date according to agreement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is passionate about graphic design and appreciates the variation of a coordinating role. You are creative, self-driven, and proactive, with an eye for detail and a sense of creating visually engaging material. At the same time, you thrive with structure, planning, and keeping track of deadlines. We believe you have: • Post-secondary education in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or equivalent. • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; preferably Premiere Pro or After Effects). • Experience creating graphic material for digital and print channels. • Good understanding of brand building and visual communication. • Strong sense of color, form, and details. • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO, or email marketing is meritorious, but most important is your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to develop.
