Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will operationally coordinate and follow up on various marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events for ongoing production. You play a central role in ensuring that campaigns and projects are implemented according to plan. You will serve as a crucial link between internal teams and external partners. Your main responsibilities: - Coordinate, drive, and project manage marketing activities and events - Coordinate and deliver materials to external agencies - Proofread and approve marketing materials - Proofread and approve campaign setups - Follow up with external agencies during campaign transitions - Assist external partners with campaign materials - Communicate marketing activities internally - Coordinate and produce internal presentations - Ensure deadline management We are looking for someone who: To thrive in this role, we believe you are structured, organized, and solution-oriented. You easily collaborate with different people and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while always focusing on quality and details. You enjoy a role that allows you to work both creatively and administratively. We prefer candidates who have: - College education in marketing, production management, or project management - Experience as a marketing assistant, traffic coordinator, or coordinator - preferably from a marketing department or advertising agency - Strong Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written - Experience working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously It is advantageous if you: - Have experience in content marketing or copywriting - Have an analytical mindset and can connect creative ideas to business results The position is part-time (50%) and located on weekday mornings at our head office in Malmö, Hyllie.
