About the Position:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing our marketing efforts in the Swedish market. You will strengthen the brand, increase visibility, and ensure we reach the right target groups with the right message.
You enjoy both strategy and implementation. You will develop marketing and annual plans while being operational in daily activities. You will plan and execute campaigns, produce content, optimize digital channels, and support product launches and events. Sometimes you'll participate in trade shows and customer activities, but your main focus will be on ongoing marketing work and translating our global strategy into results in Sweden.
You will work extensively with digital marketing, social media, content, campaigns, and lead generation. You will create materials, ensure accurate product information for customers and wholesalers, and track effects. The role also involves market analysis and providing insights that support the business.
You will collaborate closely with our sales team and product organization in Sweden, as well as marketing colleagues in Norway, Denmark, and the Netherlands. You will report to our Sales Manager for Sweden.
Location is in Mora with the possibility of hybrid work. Some travel outside Sweden occurs a few times annually.

Your Background:
You have multiple years of work experience in B2B marketing and experience working both strategically and operationally with marketing activities. Your background includes work with digital channels, content production, campaigns, and tracking activities using data and CRM systems.
You have relevant education in marketing, communication, business economics, or equivalent. Experience in technical or industrial environments is meritorious, as is insight into wholesale or distribution, installer segments, or project sales. Experience with event and trade show coordination and production of presentation and campaign materials is desirable.
Experience with CRM systems and digital tools is valued, as is familiarity with coordinating projects and interacting with multiple internal and external touchpoints.
As English is our group language, you must have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
