Each year, social services and correctional services from across Sweden turn to us to find the right placement and housing for individuals in need of assistance. With unique and long-lasting relationships with Sweden's correctional services and social services, we can help care providers connect with these care buyers through various high-quality products and services. Over the past 10 years, we have experienced significant growth, doubling in size, and we look forward to continuing to grow and develop in the same way moving forward. About the role • You will take responsibility for an existing customer base and have a passion for our well-established and popular product among our clients. • You will proactively engage new customers and contacts to create profitable and sustainable business relationships. • You will work towards your budget and goals, constantly challenging your limits. • You will attend our events, which currently involves approximately ten travel days per year. You preferably have prior experience in sales and possess a keen sense for business. You believe that collaboration is the key to achieving the best results and have your heart in the right place. Your personality: • Business-driven • Competitive • Unpretentious • Creative • Optimistic • Humble Your experience: • Experience in sales is highly meritorious, preferably within marketing, media, or events. • You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing, as you will primarily be dealing with Swedish clients. • In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and become part of a wonderful sales team consisting of 7 other salespeople and a sales administrator. The compensation includes a fixed salary plus commission. INTERESTED?
