About the job: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for all our social media channels, where we currently have over 20,000 followers. You will manage all our organic social media channels and plan the types of posts we share. We aim high, and our presence on social media is extremely important to us.
Responsibilities:
- You will have overall responsibility for all social media channels
- You will ensure that strategies, routines, tone of voice, and processes are in place and up to date
- You will ensure that content, images, and videos align with our brand strategy and tone of voice
- You will track KPIs, results, and produce reports based on agreements with your manager, which you will present to our CEO
- Stay updated on trends and changes in digital/social communication and share your insights within the organization

- You also have good leadership skills, motivating and equipping others to effectively achieve shared goals

Qualifications:
- You have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and KPIs
- You are a native user of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or similar platforms
- You have knowledge and experience working with Google AdWords, Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or the Adobe suite.
