About the Assignment We are seeking a Land Management Specialist for our client in Mölndal for a project preliminarily starting 2025-12-01 and running until 2026-03-31. This is a full-time position based at the client's office in Mölndal. Work Responsibilities As a Land Management Specialist, you will participate in the land and exploitation unit's work and be responsible for the municipality's land holdings together with other team members. Your primary tasks will include: • Land management • Preparing and monitoring various types of lease agreements (including renewal, termination, fees) • Representing the municipality as a landowner in various contexts • Tracking revenues and expenses related to municipal land holdings • Handling resident contacts involving matters such as land leases, injured animals, and tree cutting You will have a close collaboration with forest and wildlife management functions and work with other municipal departments on shared issues. This is a socially oriented role with numerous interactions with residents, landowners, and municipal representatives. The position also involves supporting the unit's other work areas, with potential additional land management and exploitation tasks. Your Qualifications • Substantial experience as a land manager in municipal, state, or private sectors • Higher education in land surveying, urban planning, property law, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of property law issues Personal qualities are crucial.
