We are now seeking an experienced Land Negotiator for a leading company in the energy sector. You will become a crucial team member ensuring land access for the future power grid – a role that combines law, project management, and negotiation in complex and societally important projects. You will be introduced by experienced colleagues and quickly have the opportunity to take on independent assignments with substantial responsibility. Office visits occur weekly in one of the following cities: Sundbyberg, Gothenburg, Sundsvall, Luleå, or Västerås. Please indicate your preferred location in your application. Example Work Tasks: - Land negotiation in ongoing and new projects - Project management of consultants in multiple land access projects - Contact with landowners, authorities, and other stakeholders - Contract management and documentation - Active dialogue with customers and partners To be successful in this role, you need: • Academic degree, e.g., forest manager, forestry professional, land surveyor, agronomist, or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of experience in land access, damage settlement, and contract management • Experience leading and coordinating teams or consultants • Excellent Swedish skills, both verbal and written, and preferably English • Good computer skills • Driver's license (field visits required) Who Are You?
