**Job Description**

We have an incredibly exciting and expansive phase ahead of us as we grow in several areas and technologies. We are now seeking multiple CAM Preparers for both new projects/components that are in the industrialization phase and for existing products as we anticipate volume increases. As an NC Programmer, you will be responsible, as part of a team, for creating new and developing existing NC programs for turning and milling. This includes setup, methods, tool selection, and identifying the need for new technologies.
We use Siemens NX as our programming tool, and Vericut is employed for simulation, verification, and optimization of ISO code. Most of our production drawings and instructions, as well as CNC programs, are programmed on 3D models. We utilize Teamcenter for storing documentation and programs. Quality and robustness are of utmost importance, which we achieve together with production engineers and operators. In the team, your expertise will have a significant impact on GKN and our future competitiveness.
**Qualifications**
• Academic bachelor's degree, college studies, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
• Knowledge and experience in machining
• Familiarity with turning and milling machines
• Good understanding of production flow and quality outcomes
• Team player with a winning attitude!
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We place great emphasis on personal suitability! As a person, you need to be open to new ideas and possess a mindset of "nothing is impossible" to meet the challenges ahead. The job involves many contacts, so flexibility and good collaboration skills are essential. It is an extra plus if you have previous experience in NC programming or experience working with the NX software.
