Manufacturing Engineer

NPRS is now seeking consultants for a Manufacturing Engineer position at a client in Gällivare. We are looking for an experienced production engineer who will become a key team member working to create production solutions. You will participate in developing new production equipment, improve existing work methods, and ensure production maintains the highest possible quality. You will work on developing and improving production equipment, ranging from simple fixtures and hand tools to more advanced controlled fixtures with pneumatics, sensors, and detectors. Your responsibilities include: • Exploring new technologies and production methods. • Participating in innovation projects. • Continuously improving and optimizing equipment and processes. • Developing training materials and supporting skills enhancement in production teams. Your Profile: We are seeking someone with several years of experience who wants to work in an environment where technical expertise and curiosity can develop. To thrive in this role, we believe you have: • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools • Knowledge of risk analysis (P-FMEA) and basic process validation • Meriting: experience in electrical design and PLC programming • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • A solution-oriented approach, drive, and passion for technology and innovation Our client also places great importance on personal qualities – you take responsibility, enjoy collaborating with others, and want to influence your work environment.
