Role Overview
As Manager of Partner Management Nordics at Benifex, you’ll lead a team of six Partner Managers within our Partner Success – Nordics function. Your mission is to drive the commercial development of the Benifex Marketplace by empowering your team, deepening partner relationships, and maximizing partner performance. This is a position based on-site in Stockholm. You’ll translate strategic commercial goals into clear actions, ensuring the team delivers growth, captures new business, and maintains excellent partner satisfaction. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work in a dynamic scale-up environment where you’ll have the autonomy to innovate, shape ways of working, and directly influence Benifex’s commercial success.
Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and empower the Partner Management team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Translate Benifex’s commercial objectives into clear team priorities and actions that drive revenue and partner results.
• Oversee and support the team in commercial negotiations, pipeline development, and contract management to ensure sustainable partner success and profitability.
• Establish scalable and consistent ways of working to ensure operational excellence across the team.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through upselling, marketing campaigns, and commercial initiatives that boost partner visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze team and partner KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion, and campaign results) and take proactive action to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
What are we looking for?
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience within partnerships, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital sales.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving both performance and commercial results.
• Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and partner-driven sales.
• Confident, people-focused leader who enjoys coaching, collaboration, and building strong relationships.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
• Comfortable making clear, timely decisions and thriving in a fast-moving, changing environment.
• Based in Stockholm and motivated to work on-site with your team.

• Experience working with or managing an online marketplace
• Background in partner development or digital commercial strategy
