About the Role
As Management Assistant, you'll have a broad and varied role with many internal and external contact points. You'll support the company's CEO and management team through proactive, professional, and efficient administrative support. Your goal is to enable us to be as productive and effective as possible in our work. Examples of tasks related to CEO and management team support include meeting scheduling, travel booking, taking minutes for various types of meetings, and serving as a link between the CEO and French managers.
In addition to the above part of the position, you'll also be the house manager at the company's headquarters, which means being the "spider in the web" with tasks such as:
• Visitor administration/coordination
• Mail handling
• Orders related to headquarters
• Managing ticket giveaways for sports teams Eurenco supports in the region
• Administration of circulation magazines
• Acknowledging calendar days and decorating the office for various holidays
In the role, you'll report to the CEO but will also be part of the HR organization where you'll be based.
To Succeed in the Role
We're looking for someone who has worked for a few years in a supportive and service-oriented role, handling the MS Office package daily. You're comfortable speaking and writing English and enjoy working in a partially international environment.
Your personality will be crucial both for success in the role and for job satisfaction. We envision someone who enjoys being the "spider in the web," switching between administration, coordination, and people interactions. You're administratively quick and can naturally switch between details and social interaction. Humility and flexibility are important for the role, as tasks often need to be solved quickly. We also seek someone with an eye for order and creating a pleasant office atmosphere.
