Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We operate based on a clear and articulated value foundation, and our primary drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance tailored to each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently employs over 3,500 staff, and our clients and employees are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now looking for personal assistants for a client living in Ängelholm.
About the job as a personal assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the individual both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and your overall tasks involve assisting the client to ensure they have the conditions to live the life they desire.
Responsibilities
Your tasks depend on the client's needs and lifestyle. They may include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, cooking, to supporting the client at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the client and have access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.
According to the client's preference, we welcome male applicants, and it is a requirement to speak English fluently.
About the employment
The employment type is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the salary is hourly. Working hours vary throughout the day. Day shifts start from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM, and night shifts begin from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
Salary and other employment conditions are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
