About the Position
We at Olivia are seeking individuals who want to work as personal assistants for our client in central Åkersberga. We are looking for someone to work as a substitute with the possibility of a permanent position at 50% after the new year.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
• 09:00-10:00 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)
• 17:00-20:00 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)
• 09:00-17:00 (Tuesdays)
• 11:30-17:30 (Saturdays and Sundays)
Please note that short shifts are involved.
Start date is to be agreed upon, and we would prefer you to begin training immediately.
About the Client
The client is a sociable man in his 50s living in Åkersberga with his wife and their cat. He enjoys attending daily activities a few times a week, as well as reading, watching movies, playing video games, and listening to music. The person needs your assistance in daily life due to an acquired brain injury that has resulted in epilepsy. He uses a walker.
The tasks are as follows:
As an assistant, you will primarily provide reminders in daily life as the client has memory difficulties. You will help remind him about medications and personal hygiene, and assist in bringing structure and order to his home. You will be working alone with this client.

Requirements:
• Must be tolerant of pets, as there is a cat in the home.
• Must be able to work shorter shifts.
Employment Rate: 1-2 substitutes with the possibility of 50% long-term.
Start Date: Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
