ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are seeking someone to work as a personal assistant for our client in Tvärålund. This is a parental leave position at 75% starting in November 2025, continuing until August 31, 2026. The work schedule includes daytime and evening hours, both weekdays and weekends, as follows:
• 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 60s with a strong interest in sports. He has previously suffered a stroke and therefore requires support in his daily life.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily routines and household tasks
• Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Assistance with mobility
The client uses assistive devices such as a tablet for communication, a breathing mask, wheelchair, transfer board, turntable, and, if necessary, a floor lift.

REQUIREMENTS
• Driver's license
• Access to a car
• Able to tolerate the client smoking in an outdoor environment
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with individuals who have had a stroke
• Experience as a personal assistant or in caregiving
• Relevant healthcare education or equivalent
Employment Rate: 1 position at 75% for a parental leave replacement.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Additional compensation according to collective agreements.
