About the Position We are now seeking driven and motivated meeting bookers for our office in Vallvik (Söderhamn and surrounding areas). In the role of meeting booker, you will be responsible for contacting customers via telephone and scheduling meetings for our ventilation technicians. You will work in a positive team where you will receive support, coaching, and opportunities for development. The work takes place at our Vallvik office in a pleasant environment alongside committed colleagues. Job Responsibilities • Call homeowners and housing associations to schedule customer meetings. • Follow up on previous contacts and work systematically towards set goals. • Represent Ventak AB professionally and courteously in every conversation. • Contribute to a good team spirit and positive office atmosphere. We Are Looking for Someone Who • Communicates easily with people and quickly builds trust. • Is results-oriented, positive, and enjoys challenges. • Has basic computer skills. • Sales or meeting booking experience is meritorious but not required – we will train you! We Offer • 3-month trial employment with potential for permanent position. • Fixed salary of 25,000 SEK/month including vacation compensation when achieving 75 bookings per month. • Commission-based salary of 300 SEK per booking + vacation compensation if goal is not met. • Full training, coaching, and ongoing support. • Opportunity for internal advancement to roles such as sales coach or team leader.
