About this role

As a meeting coordinator at Gekomm AB, your primary responsibility will be to create meetings and initiate relationships with our prospective clients, using the phone as your main tool on a daily basis. In your role with us, you will have significant freedom to drive your work forward. With close follow-up and coaching, you will receive the tools necessary for success. You will reach out to clients to schedule meetings, assist with bookings, follow-ups, and management in our CRM system. In your daily work at Gekomm AB, you will have extensive contact with potential customers. Therefore, it is very important that you take responsibility for the administrative aspects of the job.
