We are currently offering a remote, independent role for sales-oriented individuals who enjoy customer contact via telephone. In the role of appointment setter with us, you will reach out to new potential customers and schedule new customer meetings for our clients. You will be responsible for prospecting and establishing initial contact with new customers, as well as generating interest in the services or products that our clients offer. The role of appointment setter is an independent and challenging assignment, and for the right person, there are excellent development opportunities within the company.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong work ethic and can work at a fast pace without compromising the quality of your tasks.
We are looking for someone who is results-oriented:
• Has excellent communication skills and speaks and writes Swedish fluently.

• Is meticulous and takes great responsibility for your work.
• Has good computer skills and is comfortable using the phone as a tool.
• Enjoys customer contact and can manage multiple points of contact.

It is important that you are service-oriented and proactive.
Those hired will initially be introduced and trained remotely in sales and argumentation techniques, as well as familiarization with our services, with the aim of quickly getting you up to speed with your tasks and optimizing your chances of becoming a successful appointment setter.
You will work in a web-based calling program. With this setup, you will not incur any phone bills for the calls you make!
The job requires that you have your own computer with an internet connection and a headset!
