Regionservice aims to create conditions to fulfill Region Sörmland's mission in an efficient and purposeful manner. We achieve this by being attentive to and understanding our customers' needs. We develop and provide support services of various kinds to all operations within Region Sörmland, including politics, patients, and visitors. Our areas of work include real estate and premises, purchasing, payroll and invoicing management, administration, information management, and operational support services such as food, transport, and cleaning. The entire Region Sörmland is smoke-free.
Operational Service is a smooth, flexible, and innovative service organization with proud employees.
We are now seeking 4-6 part-time employees for our meal service operations.
Your Responsibilities
Work in various departments including:
• Preparation and serving of meals to our patients
• Ordering of food and meals
• Self-monitoring in departmental kitchens
• Dishwashing.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has a very good command of the Swedish language in speaking, reading comprehension, and writing.
• Is dedicated: It is natural for you to be a representative of our organization. You build relationships with our customers, are trustworthy, and have the ability to work both in teams and independently.
• Is compassionate: You understand the importance of focusing on the operations, which you demonstrate through your warm interactions with others, your strong service orientation, and your commitment to working with high quality and service standards.
• Is flexible: No two days are the same with us, and you need to be able to handle rapid changes.
• Demonstrates personal maturity and finds it easy to collaborate with others. You are self-driven, stable, and resilient. When you work, you do so in a structured manner.
For the role of meal host, qualifications such as training as a nursing assistant, caregiver, or education in nutrition are advantageous.

Due to the importance of ensuring patient safety in our operations, we require very good Swedish language skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension. All candidates will undergo a language test during a potential second interview. A criminal record check will be requested.

Employment Type
4-6 Permanent part-time positions at 50-60%, start date to be agreed upon.
Working hours: every day of the week from 07:00 to 19:00, scheduled weekend shifts may occur.
