The Care and Nursing Administration, with approximately 1,500 employees, is one of the departments in the City of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, disability support, and healthcare.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The City of Mölndal is seeking a nurse for part-time work within care and nursing. With us, you'll have a meaningful and varied assignment. In your role as a part-time nurse, you have a flexible job where you can influence your work availability. There are opportunities to work at different times of the day, including day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. You'll work across care and nursing, including elderly care and disability support. We offer an introduction with individual guidance.
As a nurse, you'll work towards the organization's goals and independently handle assessments and care planning. You'll work consultatively, promoting health and prevention, and contribute to collaboration around individual patients. We prioritize patient-centered care, viewing patients and their families as important resources. It's crucial to create safety and security for patients and deliver high-quality services.
In your nursing role, you'll work independently while being part of a team with nursing assistants and care workers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a licensed nurse. The position requires a B driver's license and excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. Experience in municipal healthcare is considered an advantage. You'll need a valid criminal record check and basic digital skills.
