We are now seeking an experienced and service-oriented painter who wants to make a difference in our properties.
About the Position
As a painter with us, you will be involved in maintenance and renovation painting in our residences, stairwells, and common areas. The work is conducted close to our tenants, which requires good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and professional pride.
You will be an important part of our operations team, contributing to long-term sustainable results.
Responsibilities
• Painting and maintenance of walls, ceilings, woodwork, and facades
• Filling, wallpapering, and preparatory work before painting
• Minor repair and service tasks in apartments and common areas
• Daily contact with tenants and coordination with colleagues
• Contributing to a workplace characterized by quality, safety, and a good working environment
Qualifications
• Vocational certificate as a painter or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in painting work within public housing or property management
• Good understanding of maintenance work in occupied properties
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A probationary period applies. A criminal record check is required.
