Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up the hot buffet according to established procedures.
• Ensure that the buffet is well-stocked, inviting, and maintains the correct temperature during serving hours.
• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer questions about the food and assist guests as needed.
• Clear away and wash dishes, cutlery, and serving utensils.
• Clean the buffet area and other work surfaces according to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Manage waste and recycling according to current guidelines.
• Close down and tidy up the premises after service.
