We are seeking two new employees for Skogsgläntan Group Home. Skogsgläntan is a group home in Jokkmokk municipality for individuals who need housing with special service, according to the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS).
Group housing can be offered to individuals who have significant needs for supervision and care, where staff must be present at all times. The group home houses individuals with various forms of disabilities. We also provide housing support for some users living in their own apartments in the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your tasks involve supporting our residents in daily life. You will be part of a team working together to promote equality in living conditions and full participation in society for our residents. Respect for individual self-determination and integrity is our top priority.
Shifts will be during day, evening, and weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a positive, creative, and responsible person who wants to contribute to the residents' quality of life.
You have an educational background with a pedagogical focus or another education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with people with functional variations and knowledge of motivational work is meritorious.
You can work independently, are calm and stable, and have good empathetic abilities.
Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as good computer skills.
A Class B driver's license is mandatory.

The salary range for this position is between 25,000 - 30,000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
