Job Responsibilities As an LSS Case Manager, you will work with investigation and follow-up of interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) for individuals under 65 years old. You will primarily work with adults, but the assignment may also include children and youth. The role also includes: • Motivational Interviewing (MI) • Providing information to users, relatives, and partners • Collaboration with internal and external actors We value legally secure administrative processes, accurate and timely decisions, and a holistic approach to our users. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who have: • Social Work degree or equivalent university education with a social orientation • Experience in public administration and social work (meritorious) • Knowledge of structured methods such as IBIC or BBIC (meritorious) • Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Driving license (B-class) (requirement) Personal Qualities We Value: You are confident, responsible, and good at creating positive relationships. About the Workplace Social Services is one of the municipality's seven administrations. Our shared mission is to create welfare and sustainable social development. Our unit, public administration, consists of two teams, the LSS Team and the Support Team. We are 15 case managers, a housing coordinator, and a unit manager. The En Ingång division within Social Services is divided into two units, Public Administration and Support for Subsistence.
