About this role
We are now seeking a wise and friendly LSS Case Manager for Adults at the Disability Services Department of the Care and Social Services Office in Sollentuna Municipality.
Job Responsibilities
In your role as an LSS Case Manager, you will meet individuals with various disabilities and abilities. Your job is to investigate, assess, and follow up on needs and interventions based on the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), the Social Services Act (SoL), and the National Transport Service Act. You will receive support through guidance, legal supervision, case discussions with experienced colleagues, close support from your manager and team leader, and opportunities for professional development. You will also join welcoming colleagues who always support each other and create a positive work environment. During your initial period, you will have access to a comprehensive introduction plan and designated mentors.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly. You treat people with respect and collaborate smoothly with colleagues and others you encounter in your work. You are attentive and confident when meeting individuals in various life situations. You handle changes with flexibility and see them as opportunities for development.
You are committed to your own professional growth and want to contribute to our shared goal of becoming a leader in care and social services quality. Your analytical skills, structured work approach, and ability to focus on both details and the big picture make you a valuable team member.
You should have relevant education. A social work degree and experience in administrative work under LSS and SoL are considered advantageous.

Disability Services Department
Our department currently has eleven case manager positions, two placement coordinators, two housing adaptation administrators, a team leader, a business developer, a unit manager, and a department head.
Care and Social Services Office
Our office consists of three departments and employs around 70 staff members working in social services case management, LSS case management, housing adaptation management, finance, support and development, and administration.
