The unit is led by a unit manager.
This position is split, with 50% dedicated to LSS casework and 50% to the recruitment of contact persons under SOL (Social Services Act) and LSS.
**Your Responsibilities**
As an LSS caseworker, you will work on investigating, assessing, making decisions, and following up on interventions. The work is based on a holistic perspective concerning the individual, with their needs at the center, often in collaboration with relatives, care providers, health care, other authorities, and partners. You will meet clients through home visits and office visits. You will manage your own cases. You will work in a legally secure manner based on current legislation, applicable regulations, guidelines, routines, and instructions.
As a recruiter of contact persons, you will search for, investigate, and appoint contact persons and foster homes according to LSS.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or an equivalent higher education qualification deemed suitable by the employer. You understand the importance of legally secure and efficient case management, ensuring the individual's right to good living conditions, while of course considering self-determination and integrity from the user perspective.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and expect you to collaborate well with others, including relatives, service providers, and colleagues. You have a respectful approach and good analytical skills, are committed to legal security, and are proficient in expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. As a person, you enjoy working independently, are structured, and have a solution-focused mindset.
We offer wellness benefits, flexible working hours, and the possibility of remote work one to two days a week. We also provide external legal supervision.
We offer you a varied, responsible, and stimulating job with opportunities for personal development.
Salary and other employment conditions will be agreed upon at the time of hiring.
