Your future challenge
As an order planner at Hallsta Paper Mill, you will create the conditions for production on one of our two paper machines to occur in the best possible way. You are responsible, along with central planning and section management, for planning paper production in an optimal and cost-effective manner. To do this, you will have the opportunity to make decisions and take actions required within established plans or in agreement with your immediate supervisor.
You will collaborate closely with several parts of the organization, including other order planners, inventory planners, logistics and production planning, as well as some external contacts.

We are seeking someone with a background in logistics and planning or similar fields. If you have a high school diploma or higher education, preferably with a focus on logistics, distribution, supply chain management, or equivalent professional experience, it is advantageous.
You have strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, basic knowledge of English, and good computer skills, particularly in the Office suite. Experience in the industry and familiarity with various systems are advantageous.
