As a solutions architect at Sopra Steria, you'll have a key role in our customer projects, from early dialogue to completed solution. You are responsible for translating customer needs into robust and scalable architectures, often centered around Microsoft's technology stack. You will work closely with customers, development teams, and other architects on assignments varying in complexity and industry. Common technologies in our projects include .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC/Core, Entity Framework, JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Azure and AWS, CI/CD, API design, and microservice architecture. You contribute both hands-on in solution design and as an advisor in strategic technical decisions. The role often involves responsibility for the entire solution proposal, both technically and functionally.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 10 years of system development experience in .NET, and has worked as a solutions architect for at least a couple of years
• Has the ability to take a holistic approach to solutions, from architecture to code and implementation
• Is comfortable in customer dialogues and experienced in leading technical workshops
• Has experience with cloud solutions, preferably Azure
• Thrives in a consulting role and has a good understanding of business
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
• Sees the value in knowledge sharing and is happy to act as a mentor for others in the team
