Most resources targeted at children and youth have been gathered under one committee. This includes preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, and even individual and family care. Therefore, we at Lorensbergaskolan are now seeking an engaged and inspiring primary school teacher for grades 7-9 in mathematics and preferably another subject. We have a staff of approximately 60 and around 440 students in our high school, with staff and students from all corners of the world.
Our workplace consists of three work teams, one for each grade level, with extensive competence and experience. Together, we create the best possible school for every student.

Work Duties
You will work with students both individually and in groups to ensure everyone reaches their goals. You will actively participate in developing our working methods and have the ability to introduce new ideas. In a creative and committed manner, you will contribute to team collaboration. You will also serve as a mentor for a group of students in the grade level.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in grades 7-9 in accordance with school guidelines, both individually and in teams
• Actively participate in developing successful learning environments with other school staff
• Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, evaluate, and document student instruction
• Mentorship is included
Qualifications
• Teaching degree in mathematics
• Experience teaching grades 7-9
• Strong ability to engage and inspire students
• Strong desire for continuous personal development and learning
• Team player who values collaboration and has genuine interest in contributing to student development
• Positive approach to people with ability to build good relationships and prevent/resolve conflicts
• Detail-oriented, flexible, attentive to student needs, and enjoys working with youth
