We warmly welcome your application! Your Role As a payroll consultant with us at Aspia, you will be responsible for several clients across a variety of industries. In this role, you will need to manage the entire payroll process and have the willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas. This is all to create a good service for our clients and to ensure high quality in your work. Responsibilities as a payroll consultant include: - Handling ongoing payroll work - Communicating with client companies regarding payroll-related matters - Managing time and travel files from supporting systems - Quality-assuring the payroll process based on the complexity of the assignments We always work in teams, and thus, you will have a close collaboration with your colleagues in this role. Together, we ensure a high-quality delivery to clients and provide input and feedback to each other based on our respective roles. The work is primarily conducted at our office but may also involve working on-site with clients. Your Profile For the role of Payroll Consultant, we are looking for someone who has: - Relevant education and/or experience in high-quality payroll work. - Experience in interpreting laws and agreements - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We prefer that you have previously worked in a service-oriented role and enjoy working closely with both clients and colleagues. You have proficiency in the Office suite, and experience with various payroll systems is an advantage. Experience in the consulting industry is also desirable.
