**Job Responsibilities**
We are looking for payroll administrators for both short- and long-term assignments in the near future. Your main responsibilities as a payroll administrator may include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and verifying payroll data
- Generating payroll lists, reports, and statistics
- Reporting taxes and employer contributions
- Compiling time and absence reports
- Responding to employee inquiries (e.g., regarding salary and vacation).
- Handling all payroll management tasks up to the payroll run (e.g., expense reports, corrections, travel logs, various leaves of absence, benefits, certificates, and controls).
**Who are you?**
We are looking for candidates who possess some of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- One to several years of experience as a payroll administrator/consultant
- Proficient in MS Office or equivalent
- Knowledge of payroll systems and financial systems
- Understanding of collective agreements
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
