JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work in payroll administration for a socially important organization while contributing to our digital development? We are currently recruiting one permanent and two fixed-term payroll administrators to support the implementation of a new payroll and HR system. We are currently in the midst of an important effort to improve our payroll administrative processes and are preparing for the introduction of a new payroll and HR system. This spring, we plan to begin system implementation, which means we need a colleague who is confident in payroll processes and has a good ability to prioritize while multiple improvement initiatives occur alongside daily payroll administration. You will work closely with your colleagues in the five-person payroll team and will have the support of a team leader available for both everyday questions and development work. Together, we drive improvements, share knowledge, and develop our working methods with the goal of creating a secure and efficient payroll management for the entire organization. The payroll team is responsible for the entire payroll process from calculation to payment, and you will be a crucial part of ensuring everything runs smoothly and correctly. We handle payroll and compensation for approximately 2,000 employees, and our work includes: • Calculation, preparation, and payment of salaries and compensation • Support for payroll-related questions for managers and employees in the organization • Quality assurance of information according to our procedures and regulations • Administration of certificates, employment certificates, and other employment-related documents • Contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and handling related policy, insurance, and contract matters For the permanent position, we are seeking someone who wants to help further develop our payroll processes, routines, and working methods. Here, you will work with the entire payroll flow in a larger organization while being part of a team that drives change, development, and efficiency. You will be an important part of our work in contributing to a smooth system transition. The role also involves continuously working to streamline and increase the digitalization of payroll administration. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking candidates with post-secondary education in payroll administration. Experience in payroll work, such as through internship, summer job, or project, is considered meritorious. The work requires the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement is considered meritorious. To be successful in this role, we believe you have an ambitious desire to drive your work forward, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. It is important to us that you are curious, detail-oriented, and want to develop within the payroll field. Furthermore, you enjoy working towards both personal and team goals. We are recruiting two fixed-term employees to support the regular payroll administration during the implementation phase. The main tasks will involve receiving and handling incoming documentation through our case management system, verifying the information's accuracy, and then registering the data in the payroll system. You will follow up on cases, ensure completeness, and contribute to maintaining high-quality payroll processes that adhere to our procedures and regulations.
