About the Role

As a cleaning staff member, you and your colleagues play a crucial role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees, patients, and all visitors. It's important that you are attentive to the customer's needs and established high-quality and hygiene requirements, always with patient safety in focus.
The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and has a great deal of empathy and care, as you will daily encounter people in the hospital. You enjoy the role of our company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver quality and world-class service. This means you should have a high service level and good overview of your cleaning area. It's important that you are responsive to customer needs. You find it easy to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.
It's important that you are fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to undergo a health declaration to ensure you are free from MRSA and Tuberculosis. Previous experience working in a hospital environment and/or service sectors is meritorious.
