About the Role
As a Cleaning Staff member, you and your colleagues play a critical role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is part-time during weekdays, with a fixed-term employment.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy being a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should maintain a high service level, have a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is crucial that you are responsive to customer needs. You should easily build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and group-based.
We prefer candidates with experience in service industries or sector-specific experience. It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language. A high school education is required.
