About this role
Job Description
Our work makes a difference every day.
We are currently seeking a staff member for a position in cleaning services in the Southwest area. The work takes place at two preschools, Stomvägen and Hyltevägen 51. Your workday will be divided between these two locations.
As a cleaner, you contribute to creating a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for both children and staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning the preschool, which may also include dishwashing. You will work according to established methods and instructions to ensure quality. You are meticulous in your work and take responsibility for completing tasks according to the schedule and frequency. We operate with the principle that employees, children, and the environment should thrive. We adhere to hygiene regulations and provide you with work clothing to present a professional image to our clients. Since you are our face to the public, it is important for the organization, and a given for you, to be a good ambassador for the unit.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with documented experience in cleaning services. We also prefer candidates who have SRY training or other vocational training in cleaning services that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in deep cleaning and floor care is an advantage.
As a person, you have a strong sense of service. You easily build good relationships and communicate effectively with both colleagues and the organization. You possess a very good ability to collaborate with others, but you should also be able to work independently according to the work schedule and instructions. You work ergonomically and environmentally consciously, contributing to well-maintained and pleasant premises. It is also essential that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing conditions in your work.
Part of the job as a cleaner involves interacting with the organization and being able to work according to a job description, so it is required that you can express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also need to have basic IT skills (to handle smartphones, computers, use personnel systems, and communicate via email with your manager, coordinator, and colleagues).
Welcome with your application!
