Our ambition is to deliver the best possible service every day based on our customers' requests. **Responsibilities** Operational service provides cleaning at several of our facilities, including offices, workshops, and water treatment plants. You will work at multiple geographical locations based on the priorities of the operations. The buildings range from new office spaces to those with more industrial interiors. We strive to use as few chemicals as possible, which requires extensive knowledge of material choices. Floor care and periodic cleaning/deep cleaning are part of the assignment. We offer an independent role where you will be the face of the organization to our customers. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning in various environments, preferably in areas such as offices, food facilities, or industry, and who has worked with both deep cleaning and floor care. Since the workplaces vary, you need to have a good understanding of different materials and machines used in cleaning. The work is conducted in a security-classified environment, which means you must have very good knowledge of Swedish to understand safety regulations and communicate clearly in both speech and writing. You also need basic IT skills to manage email, online training, and personnel systems, as well as to communicate with your manager and colleagues. The tasks can be both physically demanding and static, requiring good physical ability, and a driver's license (B) is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have training certificates such as SRY, PRYL, or other equivalent cleaning qualifications. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a good and positive customer approach, and possess the willingness and ability to help others. It is natural for you to be the face of the organization and to focus on the customer! Furthermore, you are meticulous in your work and take responsibility for ensuring that tasks are performed to the best of your ability. Since the work environment can change rapidly, you must be very flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions. Additionally, you find it easy to collaborate with others and build good relationships with both colleagues and customers. **Conditions** The position is security-classified at level 2 and requires a successful background check from Säpo and Swedish citizenship.
