To get to the archipelago, you'll travel by archipelago boat from Saltholmen. The boat to Styrsö takes about 20 minutes, and during the boat ride, you have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing moment and beautiful archipelago scenery. You can easily reach Saltholmen by tram 11, bus 114 "Ö-Snabben", bicycle, or car.
Job Responsibilities
The cleaning staff position in the southern archipelago is diverse, and we perform cleaning services for facilities such as preschools, schools, and elderly care. As a cleaning staff member, you will work together with your colleagues to maintain our facilities clean and comfortable for our customers. You will work according to established methods and instructions to ensure the quality of your work.
The position is primarily located at Styrsöskolan, but we work together as a whole in the archipelago and help each other at different locations when needed. The organization's electric bicycles and electric scooters are available at the workplace.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with SRY education or other professional cleaning training that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous experience in cleaning and experience with deep cleaning and floor care.
Since part of the cleaning staff role involves customer contact and working according to job descriptions, you must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also need basic IT skills (to handle smartphones, use personnel systems, and communicate via email with managers, coordinators, and colleagues).
As a person, you have good service-mindedness. Good communication and cooperation with colleagues and customers are prerequisites for enjoying the role. You easily create good relationships with both colleagues and the organization.
It is self-evident for you to be the face of the organization and to focus on the customer. You are thorough in your work and take responsibility for completing tasks according to schedule and frequency. It is also crucial that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing work conditions. You should be able to move between facilities by bicycle or electric scooter.
