It is an advantage if you have SRY training or other vocational training in cleaning that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in deep cleaning and floor care is also a plus. As a person, you have a good sense of service. You find it easy to build good relationships and communicate with both colleagues and the organization. You have a very good ability to collaborate with others, but you should also be able to work independently according to work schedules and instructions. You work ergonomically and environmentally consciously, contributing to well-maintained and pleasant premises. It is also crucial that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing conditions in your work. Part of the job as a cleaner involves having contact with the organization and being able to work according to a job description, which requires you to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also need to have basic IT skills (to handle a smartphone, computer, use personnel systems, and communicate via email with your manager, coordinator, and colleagues).
