Job Responsibilities The position is part of the establishment of our new operation, which means you will have the opportunity to influence routines and working methods from the start. You thrive on leading and inspiring others while seeing opportunities to develop the business by creating and nurturing customer relationships. The role also includes actively contributing to finding new customers and building our cleaning service into something truly excellent. We are now looking for a reliable, meticulous, and dedicated cleaner for our new operation who is ready to take on a leadership responsibility. As a team leader with sales duties, you will have a varied and responsible daily routine. You will plan, lead, and follow up on the work within the cleaning operations while also participating in the daily work when needed. Your responsibilities will include: • Cleaning our customers' homes and/or business premises and ensuring that the locations are clean and pleasant. • Managing scheduling, quality, and staffing in the daily cleaning work for yourself and your colleagues. • Contributing to the development of the business by identifying new customers and assignments. • Maintaining contact with customers, building long-term relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction. • Ordering consumables. • Contributing to a pleasant and welcoming environment. • Introducing new employees. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys customer contact and has the ability to build trust with clients. • Is interested in developing the business by finding new customers and assignments. • Has experience in cleaning or similar tasks. • Is responsible, meticulous, and independent in your work. • Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment. • Speaks Swedish at a level that allows you to follow instructions and communicate with colleagues and customers. • Holds a valid driver's license (B) and can ride a bike. It is an advantage if you have: • Education in cleaning or facility management. • Experience in care services or other service sectors. • Previous experience in a leadership role or similar. • Experience in customer service, sales, or assignment planning within the service industry.
