About the role As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and caring for plants. The position is part-time and is a fixed-term employment. The hours can vary from 5 to 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements for the client. It is important that you are responsive to the client's needs. You easily build good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups. We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language. A high school education is a requirement.
