For ISS operations in Boden, we are seeking engaged and positive cleaning staff who are passionate about service. About the Role As a Cleaning Staff member, you and your colleagues play a crucial role in ensuring a comprehensive experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as conference services, restocking water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is part-time and a temporary employment. Hours can vary from 5-20 hours per week. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, good oversight of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements for the customer. It is important that you are responsive to customer needs. You should easily create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and in a group. We prefer candidates with experience in service industries or sector experience. It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language. A high school education is required.
