Contribute to Location Supply in an Expansive Office Environment Fortification Agency is a critical public authority experiencing strong growth. In January 2026, we will form a new Location Supply and Internal Services unit. In a growing organization, efficiency and location supply development are crucial. A key part of this work is filling this position, which will strategically focus on a comprehensive, long-term, and forward-looking approach to location supply. The unit currently comprises five employees and a unit manager. As a location strategy specialist, you will have a holistic perspective for the Eskilstuna office and upcoming national establishment. We are seeking someone who wants to work in a strategic role developing offices from sustainability, security, and work environment perspectives! You will play a key role in leading progress and developing the national strategic location supply plan for the agency in close collaboration with departments and at the regional level. Other tasks include coordination, planning, analysis, key performance indicators, and preparing decision-making documentation at headquarters. You will also work operationally, such as identifying new spaces in dialogue with property owners and leading location adaptations. Qualifications We seek candidates with an academic degree in construction, property, economics, or another education deemed suitable by the employer. You have experience working in location supply and property management, addressing these issues comprehensively. You are skilled at expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and can make complex issues understandable for different target groups. You are proficient with administrative IT systems, have a driver's license (Class B), and are a Swedish citizen. The following are advantageous: • Education in property economics or location strategy • Experience creating and developing processes related to investments and statistics • Experience in project management and contract negotiation Your personal characteristics are crucial, and we will place significant emphasis on personal suitability, with a key aspect being security awareness. You have strong collaborative skills, build good relationships, and are motivated by a high-paced work environment.
