As a local planner in Färgelanda Municipality, you will combine strategy and coordination with analysis and dialogue – all to ensure that our operations have the right premises today and in the future. Here, you will have a central role in an organization that invests significantly, yet is small enough for you to always be close to the decisions. Your Role As a local planner, you will contribute to ensuring that the municipality's operations are offered suitable and cost-effective premises, as well as that the municipality's property capital is utilized in the best way according to the current local supply plan. In the role of local planner, you will be the spider in the web coordinating and project-leading the municipality's local supply. You will drive the work forward in close dialogue with colleagues, operations, and other stakeholders – always focusing on smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. You will have a broad role where you alternate between strategic analytical work and practical coordination. This includes, among other things: • Mapping and analyzing the premises needs of operations in both the short and long term. • Leading the operational work related to the municipality's strategic local supply plan. • Maintaining dialogues with other internal operations and stakeholders. • Proposing solutions to increase the utilization rate of premises. • Analyzing the financial implications of various alternatives. • Being an active participant in the development of guidelines, policies, and plans. In short: you will ensure that Färgelanda Municipality's premises function – now and in the long term. At certain times, you will inform the municipality's politicians about plans and processes, etc. New laws and guidelines regarding the environment, construction, and energy, etc., require ongoing monitoring of the external environment. Who are you? We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, create cohesion, and drive development. You are confident, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. Additionally, you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others. For the position, you are required to have: • A higher education in construction or real estate with a focus on property economics. • At least 5 years of experience as a local planner, manager, project leader, or similar. • Good administrative skills and experience in analyzing and communicating complex information.
