Location Planner for Government Agency in Stockholm

Assignment
The role involves strategic and management responsibilities focused on location planning and development of the organization's property portfolio. The assignment aims to coordinate and optimize the organization's comprehensive location needs in a long-term, sustainable, and cost-effective manner. The role supports the organization in planning, coordination, and analysis of location resources, and contributes to efficient space utilization through structured planning and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Work Tasks
- Responsibility for establishing and revising location supply plans
- Supporting the organization in formulating location and operational needs
- Managing annual lease processes, including terminations, renegotiations, and new lease agreements
- Ensuring efficient and quality-assured space utilization through location planning coordination
- Preparing decision-making documents including economic analysis according to location supply plans
- Coordinating with property managers and business managers regarding ongoing maintenance and location investments
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders regarding location needs for operational assignments
- Demonstrating long-term location needs in management and development plans
- Participating or supporting projects and procurements
- Serving as owner representative for the organization's stakeholders
Requirements (MANDATORY)
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience OR 4 years as a property manager with commercial space responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of property knowledge and understanding of Land Code, primarily Chapter 12 (Tenancy Law)
- Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent
- Proficient with PC and standard Office programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public sector
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
