Responsibilities: • Daily logistics administration and improvement work • Multiple contact points – purchasing, sales, warehouse, freight forwarders, suppliers, etc. • Extensive communication in English • Order management • Planning sea transports with the customer's freight forwarder • Customs handling • Invoice management/Bank payments ABOUT YOU • Precise and detail-oriented • Cooperative and service-minded • Stress-resistant and flexible • Preferably with a background in logistics, supply chain management, or economics • Previous work in transport, warehouse management, or purchasing • Experience with Excel We believe the right person can grow into the role.
