**About the Position**
Are you a meticulous and organized individual with an interest in logistics and workflows? Do you enjoy combining physical work in a warehouse with administrative tasks at a computer? We are currently seeking a logistics worker for a company that specializes in alarm and IoT solutions for immediate start.
We are looking for a new colleague for our partner's central warehouse in Gothenburg. Here, you will have a varied role where you manage the entire order flow, from order receipt to picking, packing, shipping bookings, and basic customs handling. You will work with technical products and ensure that each delivery is correct and configured before it is packed and sent out to corporate customers in various parts of the world. Given that the company provides technical products, you are expected to perform basic configurations of alarm transmitters.
In summary, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and confirming orders from sales offices.
- Planning, picking, and packing products.
- Booking shipments and ensuring the correct customs documentation.
- Performing basic assembly and configuration of alarm transmitters, including wiring and network connections.
- Using a pallet stacker to retrieve products from high shelves as needed.
- Working in the business system Business Central and using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Holds a forklift license A+B and has at least two years of experience working in warehousing/logistics.
- Has previously worked in a business system as part of their daily tasks.
- Thrives in a work environment where you are expected to take responsibility and drive your work independently, but you also work well in a team and can work towards a common goal.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English.

**About the Employment**
This is a full-time consulting assignment with immediate start, taking notice periods into account, but no longer than one month. The assignment initially runs until 31/08/2026, with the possibility of transitioning to our partner, provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

**Working Hours:** 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility
