**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator on behalf of our client, who wants to contribute to efficient flows and deliveries within the company's supply chain. In the role of Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator, you will be an important part of the organization, working to ensure that orders, deliveries, and logistics flows operate smoothly. The office is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays. This is a consulting assignment starting at the turn of the year and initially lasting until the end of May 2026.
**Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:**
• Managing components and products from a lifecycle perspective, including forecasts, purchasing for prototype and series production, as well as inventory management.
• Negotiating prices with suppliers and distributors, suggesting alternatives for components, and ensuring that products and suppliers comply with regulations.
• Keeping the ERP system updated, supporting the finance department with reconciliations, and prioritizing work based on quality, cost, and lead time.
• Coordinating logistics from supplier to warehouse, including freight, customs, return flows, and handling of shipping documents (ASN).
• Acting as the internal contact for all shipments and creating and following up on purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Negotiating freight prices and quotes.
**Qualifications**
In this role, we would like you to have the following:
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role
• A university degree in a relevant field
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good experience with Excel and strong system knowledge
**Meritorious:**
• Experience working in Odoo
• Experience working in international environments

• Employment Type: You will be employed as a consultant through The Place, starting from the turn of the year and initially until the end of May 2026
• Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Location: The headquarters is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays
