About the Position We are seeking an engaged logistics and administrative coordinator with a strong focus on purchasing, delivery planning/monitoring, and ensuring goods are transported efficiently while meeting customer needs in the best possible way. In this role, you will drive your own projects and contribute to developing working methods and processes. You will have many contact points both internally and with customers/suppliers. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and problem-solving are crucial for success. You will be part of a team of seven employees and report directly to the CEO. The position is a full-time expansion recruitment, and the recruitment process will be handled by Poolia, with direct employment at Brave Nordic in Linköping. Your Main Responsibilities The role includes stimulating and varied tasks in a dynamic workplace. • Responsibility for daily logistics and transport coordination – including orders, deliveries, inventory management, and freight documentation. • Function as an administrative support for various departments within the organization. • Coordinate smaller projects and improvement initiatives in logistics and administration. • Identify improvement opportunities and develop new or existing routines and processes. • Serve as the contact person towards external suppliers and transport partners. • Create and maintain documentation, instructions, and flow descriptions. • Participate in the implementation of new systems or tools related to logistics and administrative flows. • Ensure good internal service and contribute to smooth information flow between departments. Who Are You?
