We offer various Tech solutions with circular services, ranging from leasing to directly purchased devices. During the warranty period, we handle all service and repair for the units. When a device has served its purpose with a specific user, we take back the units for further service and renovation to give the device a new life, creating circularity and added value.
About the Role
We are seeking someone who wants a varied and practical role where technology and logistics intersect!
In this combination position, you will work with both simple Service & Repair tasks and parts management and logistics in the workshop.
Your primary focus will be on spare parts – finding the right parts in our inventory, ordering components from manufacturers and external partners. You'll also extract usable parts from devices in our internal inventory. By doing so, you contribute to our circular workflow and ensure our products get a new life.
Beyond working with parts, you'll also handle simple repairs, testing, and installation of computers and other technical equipment. You will be a crucial part of the logistics flow in the workshop, helping to maintain order – from incoming and outgoing deliveries to sorting and handling devices.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has solid hardware knowledge and understands computer architecture
• Recognizes different components and can find alternatives when a specific part is missing
• Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys combining technical interest with structure and responsibility
Requirements:
• Documented experience working with hardware and Service & Repair or equivalent experience
• Experience with logistics flows
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with external and internal partners
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Technical education and/or certification is advantageous
