We are seeking an experienced union lawyer for our labor law unit. The main responsibilities include representing trade unions and their members in court. As a union lawyer, you will also conduct training sessions for the union's representatives and elected officials. You will provide ongoing strategic advice to our clients.
We are looking for a skilled lawyer with strong knowledge of labor law. You should have experience working as a representative in court or have court experience as a legal secretary in the Labor Court. You are pedagogical and skilled at arguing both verbally and in writing. Experience in conducting training sessions and courses is an advantage.
The work is highly independent and requires initiative, commitment, and the ability to make quick decisions. The role requires you to easily build trust with individual members and union representatives.
Our collective competence develops through daily knowledge exchange among the lawyers. Therefore, it is natural for you to contribute collegially to the unit's development. To strengthen this collaboration, we primarily work on-site at the office, where all employees also have their own offices. At the same time, we offer the possibility of remote work to some extent to create a good balance in everyday life.
