We are looking for butchers and meat cutters for our facility in Dalsjöfors.
In collaboration with the Employment Agency and Astar, Dalsjöfors Slaughterhouse offers a recruitment training program for meat cutters and butchers.
KLS Ugglarps only slaughters and cuts Swedish meat. Unique concepts are developed in harmony with our customers to meet consumer demands. Our operations include pigs, cattle, and lambs. We provide everything from cuts of meat to ready-made products, all sourced from selected Swedish farms.
The company has a recruitment need and is struggling to find trained personnel in the industry, which is why we are interested in being involved in the training ourselves. Upon successful completion of the training, the goal is a permanent position with an initial probationary period.
The recruitment training lasts for 44 weeks and is aimed at individuals registered with the Employment Agency who are fully unemployed. Theoretical and practical components are interspersed and are conducted at Dalsjöfors Slaughterhouse.
The planned start for the training is week 5 of 2026. There are approximately 10 spots available in the program.
The training is conducted under the auspices of the Employment Agency, thus qualifying participants for activity support.
Education and Experience:
No formal education is required. Interest, motivation, and a willingness to develop within the profession are extremely important to the employer.
About You:
- You enjoy physical work. Heavy lifting is part of the job responsibilities.
- You are proficient in the Swedish language.
- You are fully unemployed and registered with the Employment Agency.
